Generation NextStep Mid Summer Track Classic

This collection of races will correlate with the culmination of our Generation NextStep youth running program.  There are six events:

The Youth Open 5k 

• For student ages 7 to a High School Senior.
• Race time 8pm.
• Day of registration from 7-7:30pm.
• Participants must be able to finish the race within 40 minutes.
• Everyone gets a finisher medal.
• Overall 1st place boy and girl will receive a trophy.

The Youth Open Mile

• For students ages 7 to High School Senior.
• Race time 8:50pm
• Day of registration from 7-8:30pm.
• Everyone gets a finisher medal.

The Adult Open Mile

• Races begin at 9:20 and will have a rolling schedule in which the next heat begins 5 minutes after the completion of the previous heat.
• There will be a minimum of 4 heats depending on participant numbers.
• Heat #1 will be Females 18-39 years old.
• Heat #2 will be Males 18-39 years old.
• Heat #3 will be Females 40 & Over.
• Heat #4 will be Males 40 & Over.
• Overall 1st place trophies will be awarded to the Male and Female winners in both age categories.

Online Registration

• This guarantees you a shirt (provided you want one) and ends on Sunday, July 26th.

Race Fees

• $10 (no performance shirt included)
• $17 (with performance shirt)
