Description

About: This run/walk is to show off the beautiful Wabashiki Wetlands. The Turtle Trot will also be the grand opening of the newest trails in the Wabashiki Wetlands.

The Max Miller Walk: Make your way down the Boardwalk, loop around Dewey Point, and make your way back to Bicentennial Park. Be prepared to see many different birds, including eagles! Also, along your walk, check out all the events of Explore Wabashiki. 

Kids Turtle Trott: Open to K-5th Graders. Grab your parents or grandparents and race to the finish line in this 1/4-mile run. When finished, check out all the family-friendly events of Explore Wabashiki Day.

What is it? 2.2 Mile Walk, and Kids 1/4 mile Turtle Trot (K-5th Grade).

Course: The Turtle Trot will start on the Boardwalk and make its way to the finish line on Memorial Drive.

The Max Miller Walk will start at Bicentennial Park and make its way down the Boardwalk, looping around Dewey Point and making its way back to Bicentennial Park. 

Race Day Check-in: All check-ins will be on race day. There will be two different check-in tents. Each will be at the start line for the event. 

Max Miller Walk: 8:00-9:45 at Bicentennial Park.

Turtle Trot: From 9:30-10:30 at Bicentennial Park.

AWARDS:  All registered Turtle Trotters will receive a special prize at the finish line.
