Description

Class 2: RunNRide Class (5:45pm to 7PM) - incorporates a different bike/run workout each week. Sometimes it’s a run/bike/run, or a bike/run/bike or a formula 1 style (run/bike/run/bike ….) or any iteration thereof. Each week Paceline Cycling Instructors will take you through a 75 minute workout where the biking is indoors on their Certified Spinning bikes or you can BYOBT (bring your own bike & trainer) and run outdoors. Need at least 10 reserved bikes to run the class.

With both workouts be prepared to sweat and get an amazing cardio workout. Please bring towel and be ready to change into running shoes for the run portion. Spinning Bikes are SPD compatible.  If the weather is completely impossible to run, it will be a cycling class. If the weather is warm and gorgeous plan to have the ride outdoors.
