Description
After a one-year absence, the FRIGID 8 and THERMAL 3 returns.
REGISTRATION: Online registration only
SWAG: Registrants will receive a T-shirt.
BATHROOMS: Bathroom facilities are available
AWARDS: The race will be chip-timed. The overall winners, male and female, receive special awards. The top men's and women's age group finishers receive special Christmas ornaments.
AGE DIVISIONS: 9 & under • 10-13 • 14-17 • 18-29 • 30-39 40-49 • 50-59 • 60-69 • 70+
AWARDS CEREMONY. Awards ceremony will follow the race finish.
FOOD AND BEVERAGES: There will be one water stop on the course at the usual corner. Water will be available at the finish line.

Frigid 8 Course
The course begins in a residential neighborhood, at the green dot on Mansfield heading west, and heads out into the open fields, rolling hills and dairy farms west of Chippewa Falls. The Frigid 8 is a lollipop shaped course. The course on the return leg continues past the starting line and has three street corners added at the end.
WATER STATION. A water station is located for the Frigid 8 runners at approximately mile 5. Bathroom facilities are available at Our Savior's Lutheran Church.
Thermal 3 Course
The course begins in a residential neighborhood, at the green dot on Mansfield heading west, and heads out into the open fields, rolling hills and dairy farms west of Chippewa Falls. The Thermal 3 is an out and back course and has a turnaround on N at about the 1.3 mile mark of the course and retraces. The courses then continues past the starting line and has three street corners added at the end.
