NEW COURSE THIS YEAR!\u00a0 Due to bridge\/road construction on Water St, Shortsville, this year's Bound for the Hounds will be held at Finger Lakes Community College (FLCC) in Canandaigua, NY!\u00a0 The course is a 1.72 mile loop on the lower trails on the FLCC grounds.\u00a0 I'd say about 70% is grassy flat trails and 30% hilly with some trippy roots and rocks.\u00a0 I find the course to be mild trail shoe friendly.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
Bound for the Hounds 6 Hour Ultra is held to raise funds to support the "free to all" dog park in Shortsville, NY!\u00a0 \u00a0Your canine companions are welcome as long as they are well-behaved on a short leash at all times!\u00a0 The race director and FLCC reserve the right to ask a dog's human to remove their dog from the event if any issues arise.\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
