By registering, you&#39;re helping children gain lifesaving skills and confidence in the water.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The event begins at <strong>7:30 AM with the Merry Mile<\/strong>, a family-friendly walk on a paved course, followed by the <strong>5K at 8:00 AM.<\/strong>\u00a0Participants may walk, jog, or run at their own pace through the Hampton Park neighborhood. <strong>Children, strollers, dogs, and participants of all abilities are welcome on both courses. <\/strong>Both events start and finish at the Swift Creek Family YMCA.<\/p>\n<p>All participants will receive a <strong>finisher&#39;s medal<\/strong> and <strong>swag bag<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Parking &amp; Event Information: <\/strong>Free parking is available at the Swift Creek Family YMCA.
