THE COURSE<\/strong>
The Turkey Lake 2-Day Challenge runs the internal asphalt course at Bill Frederick Park at Turkey Lake in Orlando, FL, on April 3\u20134, 2027<\/strong>. Sand pine scrub, live oak, and cypress line the shore. Every repeat passes the pavilions, the water, and Southlake Overlook. The course stays inside the park's single gate \u2014 park and emergency vehicles still use internal roads, with one staffed crossing. Camp on-site and your start line is a walk from your tent.<\/p>\n

No shirts. No race bags. No expo. No chip timing. Nothing in a bag at the finish.
A measured course. A clock. A finish that gets recorded. And a reason to come back tomorrow.
Every finisher earns the Daily Finisher Medallion<\/strong>. Run both days on a Streak and you earn the Tier Patch<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

RACE DAY CUTOFF<\/strong>
3:30 PM<\/strong>. This applies to the full race day \u2014 not per distance. Runners still on course after the cutoff will be directed off course.<\/p>\n

PARKING<\/strong>
Enter Bill Frederick Park at 3401 South Hiawassee Road, Orlando. Parking is in Lot 1 and other designated areas \u2014 follow on-site signage.<\/p>\n

CAMPING<\/strong>
RV, cabin, and tent camping put you inside the venue for the full Challenge. Reserved directly through the park, not race registration \u2014 sites are shared with the public and fill fast.<\/p>\n

AID STATION<\/strong>
This is a cupless event. Carry your own fluids \u2014 handheld bottle, vest, or waist pack. MileBuilt provides water, an electrolyte drink, and basic snacks at Pavilions 1\u20132. Do not rely on the aid station as your complete nutrition plan, especially for longer distances or multi-day participation.<\/p>\n

BIB PICKUP<\/strong>
Available on race day beginning one hour before your scheduled start time<\/strong> \u2014 honor system, no ID required. A friend may pick up on your behalf. No bib transfers.<\/p>\n

FINISH<\/strong>
Not chip timed. When you finish: cross the line, strike the GONG<\/strong>, then complete the Clock Out<\/strong> at the MileBuilt Time Clock<\/strong>. Official finish times are recorded at the MileBuilt Time Clock<\/strong> and verified by the Race Director before results are posted. Every runner must complete the Clock Out process to receive an official finish record.<\/p>\n

One day is a full race.
