Forget simply running from Start to Finish. At the LNGVTY \u201cNot Your Ordinary\u201d 5K, you'll run, lift, carry, jump, ski, row, bike, and grind your way to the finish line. HYROX prep, longevity focused!<\/p>\n
THE CHALLENGE
Complete:<\/p>\n
5K RUNNING + 8 FUNCTIONAL FITNESS ZONES (ala HYROX)<\/p>\n
The 5K is divided into eight 625-meter running loops.<\/p>\n
After each loop, you'll complete a different fitness zone before heading back out onto the course.<\/p>\n
