But rather than run on the streets as we did in the 80&#39;s and 90&#39;s, we run on the trails of Bear Creek Park East.<\/p>\n<ul><li><span style=\"color:#e03e2d\">LOCATION: <\/span>Start\/Finish <a href=\"https:\/\/g.page\/norrispenrose?share\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">Norris-Penrose Events Center<\/a> 1045 Lower Gold Camp Rd, Colorado Springs, CO 80905<\/li><li><span style=\"color:#e03e2d\">START TIME:<\/span> 5K and 10K start together at 10:00 am.\u00a0 If you prefer a more spread out start, or need a few extra minutes, the start will be available for approximately 10 minutes after the group starts.\u00a0 Please cross starting line timing mats by 10:10 am<\/li><li><span style=\"color:#e03e2d\">REGISTRATION:<\/span> No race day registration. Online registration ends Dec 31, 6:00 pm Mountain Time.<\/li><li><span style=\"color:#e03e2d\">TRAIL CONDITIONS:<\/span> Please expect ice in places on trails, and especially wooden bridges. There are shaded areas down near the creek which will hold ice from any recent snow.\u00a0 Wearing shoe traction is at your discretion<\/li><li><span style=\"color:#e03e2d\">PARKING:<\/span> There are two large lots with plenty of parking available.\u00a0 Please allow time to enter the center and get parked.\u00a0 The southern lot, closest to start\/finish closes at 9:20 to allow kids races in the lot.\u00a0 At that time all traffic is directed to the northern lot.<\/li><li><span style=\"color:#e03e2d\">POTTIES:<\/span> We add more every year, but there is always a line.\u00a0 Please allow
