Why: Roar Through Ybor – Race for Sight benefits the mission of the Lions Eye Institute Foundation to:
· Enable our Ocular Research Center to conduct research to prevent, arrest or delay the progression of blinding eye diseases.
· Support the process by which we recover and ensure that ocular tissue is safe for transplantation.
· Transform lives by ensuring that all individuals who need a corneal transplant can receive one regardless of their ability to afford the sight-saving surgery.

Additional Information: Participants can pick up their shirts, bibs, and drink bracelets (21+). You are able to pick up packets for others, but any lost t-shirts cannot be replaced the night of the race
You can also pick-up race packets before the race on Friday, April 20th at Check-In, beginning at 6:00 PM in Centennial Park.

Can't make it to Ybor City? Don't worry! We are featuring a "Run From Home" that allows you and your team to participate remotely and receive all of the benefits!
Pick the day and time that works for you, register your friends and family and give the gift of sight!

Registrations for Roar Through Ybor - Night Race for Sight on April 20th are FINAL and cannot be switched into the virtual Run From Home.
Registrants of the Roar Through Ybor 5K race or 1 mile fun-fun on April 20th, 2018 must be present to receive race giveaways including finisher medals and t-shirts. If you are unexpectedly unable to attend the night of the race, you are not guaranteed these items.
Refunds are not available for Roar Through Ybor - Night Race for Sight. All registration fees benefit the mission of the Lions Eye Institute Foundation to set new standards for ocular endeavors that will improve visual outcomes and quality of life for those who are blind or visually impaired.
