Description

It's time to dig out your brightest, neon colors for the Harvard Pilgrim Health Care LITE UP THE NITE FOR MENTAL HEALTH 5K Run/Walk.  

Lace up and join our community of runners, walkers, and mental health warriors to promote the benefits of running and physical fitness for mental health. Together we can defeat the stigma around mental illness.

The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester is the designated charity of the 2022 Lite Up The Nite 5k.

EVENT LOCATION:  McIntyre Ski Area (50 Chalet Way, Manchester, NH 03104

 

RACE DAY BIB PICK UP AT MCINTYRE:
Thursday, June 9th beginning at 5 pm
Under the red tents located in the back of the McIntyre Lodge

**Pre-race bib pick-up will not be available**

​​PARKING:  Parking will be available in the McIntyre Ski Area parking lot or Smyth Road School.

 

​TEAMS:  Registering as a team is a fun way to participate!  Dress in the spirit of the race or choose your own theme. To register as a team, simply check "Yes" to Would you like to join a Group/Team?   All participants will be timed but collaborative team scores will not be calculated. THIS IS A FUN COMPETITION!

 

​TIMING & AWARDS:  This will be a chip-timed event with awards for our Top 3 Overall Men/Women as well as Top 3 Men/Women in age group categories.  Visit us at the DJ booth shortly after the race to redeem your prize.  Sorry, prizes will not be mailed.

​WEATHER:  This event will take place rain or shine. Stay connected on our social media channels for the most up-to-date weather information.

 

​STROLLERS/DOGS:  You're more than welcome to run with strollers and dogs, however, please note that all dogs must be leashed at all times.  Dogs will not be permitted inside the McIntyre Lodge.  We ask that you please line up in the back of the pack at the start of the race.

 

2022 RACE SERIES:    Whether you plan to complete this race in person or virtually you will still qualify for our series jacket.  This is the 4th race of the 2022 CGI Total Image Running Race Series for NH non-profits.

The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester is a private, nonprofit community mental wellness center, which means they are uniquely able to provide the services and programs you need.
