St. Margaret Mary Catholic School Virtual 5K & Kids Dash

St. Margaret Mary Catholic School Virtual 5K and Kids Dash Presented by Kopf Running:

Join us as Kopf Running presents the 1st Annual St. Margaret Mary Catholic School Virtual 5K & Kids Dash on Saturday, May 29. Can't do the distance on race day? No problem! Complete the distance anytime between Saturday, May 29 and Sunday, June 6, 2021 and upload your results and photos on this website before June 6th. All proceeds from race registration fees support our school! We are also collecting additional monetary donations for STMM. Simply click the Donate button above, or fill in a donation amount during your registration. Pass along to friends, family, and co-workers! We are trying to raise $10,000 for our school, which will go towards fixing the roof that was damaged this winter.

You have options! Choose one of the following for our virtual event: 

• Virtual 5K Run / Walk with T-Shirt and Packet ($15)
  • Complete the 5K distance (3.1 miles) anytime between Sat May 29 - Sun June 6, 2021
  • Packet to be picked up on Thursday, May 27th from 2:30-3pm at St. Margaret Mary Catholic School (see info below).

• Virtual 5K Run / Walk with T-Shirt and Packet + Shipping ($25)
  • Complete the 5K distance (3.1 miles) anytime between Sat May 29 - Sun June 6, 2021
  • Includes packet shipped or delivered to participant(s)

• Kids Dash 1/2 Mile Run / Walk with T-Shirt and Packet ($10)
  • Complete the 1/2 mile distance anytime between Sat May 29 - Sun June 6, 2021
  • Packet to be picked up on Thursday, May 27th from 2:30-3pm at St. Margaret Mary Catholic School (see info below).

• Kids Dash 1/2 Mile Run / Walk with T-Shirt and Packet + Shipping ($20)
  • Complete the 1/2 mile distance anytime between Sat May 29 - Sun June 6, 2021
  • Includes packet shipped or delivered to participant(s)

J3 Timing will help facilitate unofficial results based on participant uploads to this website during virtual race week.

Packet Pick Up 

Packet pick up for those people that DID NOT choose to have their packets delivered / shipped to them will be on Thursday, May 27th from 2:30-3:00pm at the West doors of St. Margaret Mary Catholic School, 119 S. Hubbard St., Algonquin, IL 60102. If you cannot pick up your packet on that day and time, please contact Karen at karenlkopf@gmail.com to set up an alternate packet pick up plan. Thank you!

Other Information

• 5K Run/Walk participants must be 5 years or older.
• Kids Dash participants must be 1 year or older.
• All participants under the age of 18 years must have a parent register them via online registration.
