Join Team Running Lab, a free training program to get you race ready for a marathon or half marathon.
Team Running Lab is a supportive training group that aims to get new and experienced runners ready for a half or full marathon! We can help you reach your distance or time goals! Training plan is 16 weeks for both the half & full marathon. This year's spring goal race is the Mercy Health Glass City races on Sunday, April 25, 2021. (Team Running Lab registration does NOT register you for the race, race registration separate). Registration with Team Running Lab will provide you with a FREE training group consisting a detailed training plan, weekly Facebook communication, and access to a closed Facebook discussion group! OPTIONAL - A custom Team Running Lab long sleeve, gender-specific tech shirt by Brooks is available to purchase for $20 plus sales tax & $3.50 shipping.
The health and safety of our participants, employees & coaches is our first priority. At this time, hosted group runs are on hold. This will be reassessed throughout the training season as safe & allowable.
