At HOPE Resource Center, patients and their families find compassionate support from specially trained professionals who recognize that cancer affects an entire family and that care doesn’t end when patients complete their chemotherapy and radiation treatment. Cancer patients and their families can count on guidance, information and supportive services from our team of experts. 

HeartGifts Boutique

Offering a warm, inviting atmosphere for those with cancer and those who care for them. The Boutique offers specialized items such as wigs, scarves, hats, skincare products, clothing and inspirational items.

Mastectomy Fittings

Fittings by appointment available for women who have had breast surgery. Also provided are post-operative camisoles, mastectomy bras, prosthetics and some everyday items.

Nurse Navigation

Oncology Nurse Navigators guide patients through the cancer care continuum from diagnosis into survivorship. Working with patients to identify and remove barriers to care through coordination of services and patient education. This service is available to all patients at no cost.

Oncology Nutrition

A registered dietitian, specially trained in oncology nutrition, is available to help patients manage side effects and make healthy food choices before, during and after treatment. This service is available to all patients at no cost.

Social Work

An oncology social worker can help you and your family as you move through the cancer experience by providing emotional support, helping with financial challenges, and assisting with transportation to treatment if needed. This service is available to all patients and their family and/or support system at no cost.
