Girls on the Run® is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a world where every girl knows and activates her limitless potential and is free to boldly pursue her dreams.Their mission is to inspire girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running

Help Us Give Back:

Through our charitable arm, Do the Run Thing™, Fleet Feet has partnered with Girls on the Run and its SoleMates program so we can help more girls cross more finish lines.

Why? Because everyone benefits when we support our kids. Here are two ways you can help:

1. Become a Solemate! Solemates raise critical funds for Girls on the Run while completing a physical challenge. You don't need to be a star athlete to join—you only need to be a champion for the girls in their communities. Click here to learn more!
2. Donate to your local Girls on the Run council. Your donation will benefit Girls on the Run programs and participants in the Nashville community.

Here’s some ideas on how money and resources are applied to items the girls need most:

• $10: Refillable water bottle
• $25: Run Bra
• $50: Pair of shoes
• $100: Team shirts for 15 girls
• $200: Sponsor a girl’s program experience for one season
• $400: Sponsor a girl’s program experience for one year
• $3,000: Sponsor an entire team's season.
