RC - MoonPie 10 Mile and 5K Races - Bell Buckle

The Bell Buckle Downtown Alley Revitalization Project will improve the alleyway located in the heart of Bell Buckle and turn it into additional space for outdoor seating, event space and a place for people to relax, socialize and enjoy the use the downtown. The alley connects Main Street (Railroad Square) and Webb Road and is used as a short cut to the shops by merchants and visitors. 
 
Our hopes are to change the surface with a welcoming pathway that will make it a lively pedestrian corridor that connects the downtown as a way to encourage people to interact and spend more time downtown. Landscaping and seating will also invite people to linger and enjoy this small public space.
 
Bell Buckle’s downtown is the heart and soul of our city and county” and the improved alleyway will undoubtedly be a popular new amenity. The alley Revitalization Project is one of several projects in recent years aimed at enhancing the downtown.
