What is the refund policy?
Please contact the Race Director with all refund requests.
What if there is inclement weather?
We monitor the weather very closely leading up to race day. The race will be held rain or shine, except in the case that circumstances would impact runners' safety.
If for some reason we must delay or cancel the race due to uncontrollable weather conditions emails will be sent to all registered racers and announcements will be made on the 4 on the 4th website and through social networking channels.
Can I register the morning of the race?
We strongly encourage those interested in participating to register prior to the race. Any race-day registration must occur by 7:30 am.
What if I can't run on race day?
Your entry fee can be deferred to the 2025 race, you can elect to transfer your registration to someone else, or you can request a refund. Please contact the Race Director to make these arrangements.
Can I bring my dog?
We love our furry friends! While dogs are allowed, they must be kept to the back of the race. Owners must be mindful of the safety of those around them at all times.
Where should I park?
Parking is available on-site in the Visions headquarters parking lot. Additional street parking is available on the streets adjacent to Country Club Road.
What should I do after I finish?
After you cross the finish line, our volunteers will be standing by to hand you your medal and water. Then, head over the tents to grab snacks and a beverage! We pride ourselves in having great food and drinks for our participants and are always thinking of new ways to enhance the experience. Ice cream truck, or mimosa, anyone?
Where can I find my results?
All results will be posted online by Falcon Race Timing. Falcon Race Timing will also post printed results in the Athlete Village after the conclusion of the race.
I am participating virtually. What should I do?
Map out a 4-mile route near you, and complete the race any time between July 4 through July 11th! After you complete the race, submit your time on your RunSignUp account under the "Results" tab. A medal will be mailed after the completion of the race. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
