LIMITING ENTRIES:
Because nonprofits usually receive a limited number of charity bibs, there are several options to limit the number available.
- Set caps per event by going to Race >> Registration >> Participant Caps.
- Require an application and issue a reserved entry to accepted charity bib fundraisers.
ADD YOUR ORGANIZATION AS A CHARITY AND USE THE DONATION CHECKBOX
- Go to Donations>>Charity Partners
- Add Your organization as a charity (fill out all charity information)
- Once the charity has been added, you can enable the donation checkbox
- The donation checkbox will appear on the cart page - on average 12% of registrants check this box
EVENT DISPLAY OPTIONS:
- Go to Race>>Registration>>Event Display Options
- Add banners and custom text to highlight your fundraising minimums or special charity bib gear
REGISTRATION FOLLOW UP EMAILS
- Go to Email Marketing>>Automated Emails>>Registration Follow Up Emails
- You can use the advanced settings option to send registration emails to your charity bib event registrants
- Use these emails to send fundraising tips & tricks, motivational emails, success stories, etc
- Stay in contact with your fundraisers to keep them motivated through their entire fundraising lifecycle!

- Double Your Donation Today! Do you know if your company has a matching gift program? Check with your Human Resource department to see if your company matches employee gifts. If they do match employee gifts, make sure to use this opportunity by having your employer match your contribution!
