Event: Main Street Lexington Jingle Bell 5K Run/Walk
Join us for the 10th Annual Downtown Lexington Jingle Bell Run!
Run (or walk) the 5K route through beautiful Downtown Lexington with tinkling bells on your feet. You bring the feet, we bring the bells. Open to runners and walkers of all abilities. Jogging strollers and well-behaved leashed dogs welcome. Festive holiday costumes for people and pets strongly encouraged!
Race Amenities
• All pre-registered runners & walkers (over 10 years of age) in the 5K will receive a cozy fleece headband (while supplies last)
• Prizes for top 2 overall male/female and top 2 age-group winners
• Awards for the best people costumes and best pet costumes
Registration
Discounted online registration ends Nov 17, 2023, at 11:59 a.m. EST. The race fee increases by $10.00 after this date for both online and in-person registration. In-person registration is available at packet pick-up (details below) or the morning of the race. Race-day registration begins at 8:30 a.m. and will end promptly at 9:30 a.m. on the day of the race. There is no charge for children 10 and under. Children under 12 years old must have an adult accompany them.
Packet Pickup
Race packets may be picked up on Thursday, Nov. 30 from 5-6:30 p.m., and Friday, Dec. 1 from 8-10 a.m. at Lex Running Shop, 41 S. Main St. On the day of the race, packets will be available at the Registration Tent at the Nelson Street Bridge (corner of Nelson and Randolph Street) starting at 8:30 a.m.
Note: There is also a 1.5-mile Fun Run/Walk open to all ages (no timing). See separate registration for details.

This shorter 1.5-mile loop is for those who want a happy, jingly stroll through beautiful Downtown Lexington. Perfect for families with kids in strollers and well-behaved, leashed dogs. All pre-registered runners & walkers (over 10 years of age) will receive a cozy fleece headband (while supplies last) and a set of jingle bells. There is no charge for children 10 and under. The 1.5 Mile Fun Run/Walk is an untimed event. Children under 12 years old must have an adult accompany them.
