MRTT 5K 2018

NOTICE: THIS IS A PRIVATE EVENT FOR MEMBERS OF THE MRTT CHAPTER.  PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN INVITED BY THE MEMBERSHIP.  YOUR REGISTRATION WILL BE CANCELLED AND REFUNDED.

Welcome to the MRTT Boca Raton/Deerfield/Delray Beach Anniversary 5K!  On August 25th, 2018, our chapter turns 2 years old!  This fun 5K run/walk is dedicated to the 2nd anniversary of the creation of this amazing group. Our location will be announced soon, but mark your calendars and get ready for a ton of family and friends fun!  

Kick off this beautiful day with a 5K run/walk to celebrate 2 years of friendship and support.  This family friendly event encourages you to invite your family and close friends for a private, MRTT chapter celebration!  Your registration includes:

• Event T-Shirt (if registered before deadline of August 13th)
• Race Commemorative Medal
• Breakfast Refreshments 

In addition, you can win prizes for fun categories such as Best Group Dress (family/friends), Best Decorated Stroller, Most Enthusiastic on the Course, Fastest Momma, and more! Bibs will be provided at the beginning of the race and this informal event will be timed (but will not be an "official" event that gets you into Boston...) with a stopwatch and using the finish-line app, "WebScorer" - it's all about having fun with one another and those we love the most.  Children who are registered by August 13th will receive a fun race bag  - it is up to you if you would like to register them.  Any smaller children who you may not wish to register (maybe in strollers  or too young to know what's really going on) will receive some sort of fun "medal".  After August 13th, the price will drop by $10 and the shirt will not be available. You may still register but will not receive a shirt.  Please understand that while I anticipate ordering extra/enough medals, any registrations after August 13th cannot be guaranteed one.  Monies left over will be used for prizes and future events for our MRTT.

Finish off the festivities with our awards party and breakfast refreshments!  Time to get those families on the road and in training!!!
