*Ghost Hunt Challenge - - Back by popular demand! Join us for the Ghost Hunt Challenge. How many miles can you travel and how many ghost can you uncover as you run, bike, swim, paddle or row your way through the low country of South Carolina and Georgia. (Log your exercise miles from October 15 - October 29)
*IntraGHOSTal 5K, 1 MILE Gobblin Run and Halloween Celebration - Friday - October 29 at the Claire Epps YMCA - We are excited to be back in person this year for our traditional 5K and 1 Mile Goblin Run. This year's event will take place at the Claire Epps YMCA and feature a Post Race Halloween Celebration with food, games and Halloween fun for the whole family.
*IntraGHOSTal Virtual 5K - Can't make the in-person event but still want to be part of the fun - join us for the Virtual 5K. (Run your 5K anytime from October 15 - October 29)
