Description
The Kansas City Chiefs announced plans for the Fantennial 5K presented by GEHA at Arrowhead Stadium on Saturday, October 5 as part of the year-long NFL100 celebration, with festivities taking place throughout the weekend of the club’s Oct. 6 game vs. the Indianapolis Colts.
Runners and walkers will navigate their way through the parking lots around Arrowhead Stadium and will finish at the Founder’s Statue, outside Arrowhead Stadium, where the club’s post-race Fantennial FanFest will be taking place. Open to 5K participants and their guests, FanFest will feature music, food, beverages, tailgate games and appearances by Chiefs Cheerleaders, KC Wolf and Chiefs alumni. Each participant will receive a Chiefs Fantennial branded shirt to commemorate the special race, a free drink at the post-race FanFest with all participants entered for the chance to win a pair of Super Bowl tickets.
Participants are invited to wear their Chiefs Game Day gear during the run to show their spirit as we celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the NFL. Whether you run or walk, come in first or just run for fun, the Chiefs Fantennial 5K is designed for everyone to enjoy.
If you are unable to attend the Fantennial 5K you can still participate. Register for the Virtual option and complete a 5K on your own accord. Simply run or walk 3.1 miles any time between September 15 and October 5. We will ship you the official Chiefs Fantennial 5K shirt and a race bib.
A portion of the proceeds from the event will benefit Lincoln College Preparatory Academy.

Participants Receive
All participants of both the Chiefs Fantennial 5K and Virtual Fantennial 5K presented by GEHA will receive the below Chiefs Fantennial 5K branded quarter zip either at packet pick up on Friday, October 4th or shipped to them shortly following the event on October 5th.
Parking
Parking for the Chiefs Fantennial 5K Presented by GEHA will be available in Lots G or C shown below. Entry gates 2, 5, and 6 will be open.
