Race Location: Cary Family YMCA and Fred G. Bond Metro Park.  Race registration is located at the YMCA pool and refreshments are located at the Kiwanis Shelter in Bond Park.  The transition area will be in the open grass area near the pool exit.  For Parking: parking at the YMCA will be limited for race participants so please plan on parking at Bond Park.  There will be a YMCA bus shuttling participants from Bond Park to the race start area.

Events: Everyone is welcome to participate!  This is event has both competitive and recreational categories.  Competitive participants will have chip-timed results that will be posted online.  All Fit & Able Productions, Inc. events are inclusion events: anyone of any age, skill-level, or ability can participate in any race!  All athletes will get participant ribbons.

Athletic Trainer: An athletic trainer will be located in a medical tent near the finish line.

Water Stations: There will be two water stations on the course: one by the transition area at the run start and one at the finish line.  Water is also available at the registration and refreshment area.  The water stations are marked on the map.

Event Souvenirs: Splash & Dash t-shirts are included with your registration fee.  Please provide your desired shirt size when you register online.  There is no guarantee of getting an event t-shirt after May 16.  Participants will receive their shirts at the finish line after returning their chips.

Packet Pick-up: All participants must show a photo ID (18 & over) or be with a guardian with a photo ID (17 & under) in order to pick up their race packets.  All participants must pick up their own race packet (including relay team members).  USAT members must provide their USAT membership number.  Athletes who are not USA Triathlon Members must purchase a one day USAT membership.

Training Options: Any athletes, especially novices, looking to get ready for the Splash & Dash are welcome to join Fit & Able's Triathlon Team or participate in the Y-Tri Clinics in the Spring.  More details on both options are coming soon.

Registration

Online registration closes on June 6th at 9 PM.  Cash, checks, and credit cards are accepted at packet pick-up and race day.

Competitive Individual & Relay Team (Chip Timed Results): Shirt included with registration.

• Until May 10th: $40 per Individual and $60 per Relay Team
• Until June 6th: $45 per Individual and $65 per Relay Team
• On Race Day: $50 per Individual and $70 per Relay Team

USAT Splash & Dash Series for Kids (15 & Under): Shirt included with registration.

• $30 (includes One-Day USAT Membership if you aren't already a member)

One-Day USAT Membership: $10 (17 & Under)/$12 (18 & over)
* Current USAT members must provide membership number.

Fit & Able Productions is a nonprofit organization that has been supporting community and family fitness in Cary since 1997 through organizing creative events and training programs.  Our events also help support many programs, such as swim safety lessons for underprivileged children and adults, youth fitness programs, and health education run by our community partners including the Cary Family YMCA, Triangle Aquatic Center, and Town of Cary.  Proceeds from our events that aren't designated to support other organizations go to support the event and other Fit & Able nonprofit activities.
