Like many other events, this year's Oneonta Donut Dash will be postponed. We will be reaching out all those who registered, or donated, and offer full refunds or the ability to transfer the new date. With the many positive comments and excitement coming off the 1st Donut Dash in 2019, we hope to hold the event again in the future. At this point, we do not have a new date. Obviously many uncertainties lie ahead. Despite cancelling the event, we are still attempting to raise money for the Rebecca Douglas Siegfried Scholarship Fund. We feel strongly that the Scholarship will continue this year in Becca's memory and make a difference with the graduating high school class and students in the community. Donations can be sent to:

RUN, EAT, REPEAT!!
3 MINUTE TIME DEDUCTION FOR EVERY DONUT YOU EAT!
The 2nd Oneonta Donut Dash 5k will take place on Saturday, May 2nd, 2020
The course will begin at the Skate House in Neahwa Park. Participants will run approximately 1 mile to the first of two donut stops. After the donut stop it will be another mile to the second donut stop, with about a mile to the finish. Participant's numbers will be marked by race officials at the donut stop for each donut they consume. 3 minute deduction for every donut eaten! Example: 4 donuts would mean a 12 minute time deduction!
5k Registration - $25
7:00 - 8:40am @ Skate House
5k Start @ 9:00am
Munchkin Mile (actually much less than 1 mile) for Kids under 10 yrs old will go around Hodges Pond. Start time: 10:30am - Cost $5 - No preregistration for this, just pay day of.
5k age group awards (Based on DATs - Donut Adjusted Times):
1-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
What does the money go for?
This event is 100% nonprofit. Money raised will go to the Rebecca Douglas Seigfried Scholarship Fund, supporting local students' financial needs.
Rebecca Douglas Seigrfried was a Morris graduate, who passed away suddenly in January of 2018. She was an upbeat, outgoing, caring, sincere friend, wife, and mother of 3 young boys. We hope that this event and funds raised will help to remember her as she looks down upon us with a smile on her face.
