Health Related Precautions
Race Day Information with regards to health and safety concerns. Please note that the info which follows is subject to change as we are closely monitoring the coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak. The safety of our participants, staff and volunteers is our primary concern.
1. The Lucky Run is schedule to take place as planned. We currently have about 100 registered participants.
2. You may choose to run Virtually. If you choose the Virtual Option, and you have not picked up your race packet, we will drop it off at Running Co of Mullica Hill on Monday, March 16th for Pick Up. 3. If a participant, spectator or volunteer is feeling any flu-like symptoms they are specifically asked to not attend the event.
4. All staff and volunteers who may be interacting with participants will be required to wear latex gloves which we will provide.
5. NO Cash transactions at the registration/sales table please. ONLY debit/Credit card sales will be permitted.
6. There will be NO water stop on the course. We will have water bottles available at the start/finish line to be handed out by a volunteer wearing gloves.
7. We recommend bringing your own water bottle source (especially if you want water during the race). However – our water bottles will be available pre and post-race.
8. There are full bathrooms with running water and soap available on premises.
9. Clancy's is a large restaurant and the number of participants is significantly less than their Occupancy Permit. However, if you decide that is too crowded, we suggest that your skip the after party portion of the event. If you choose not to stay for awards and you have earned a medal, we can mail those to you.
12. Keeping hands washed, using hand sanitizes, and other good hygiene practices are strongly encouraged by all at this event and at any time.
