Parking Attendant

Details

Looking for individuals to direct and monitoring parking areas and the flow of traffic into and out of parking lots.

Location

Meetinghouse school and surrounding parking areas.

Water - Hydration Stop

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

Looking for a few individuals to provide the participants with water. Volunteers will be required to wear latex gloves, bring tables for set-up, rake for easy clean-up, and trash bags for removal.

Set-up will be the corner of Carter and Knower Road

Medical Area

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Looking for a handful of medical professionals during the race to be available to assess participants who may become ill and/or provide basic first aid, if needed.

Location

Meetinghouse School

Start / Finish Line Chute

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

Assist in the organization of participants at the start of the run. At the race finish line, volunteers may be asked to assist in recording run times, proving water, and moving people away from the finish chute.

Course Staff

At least 6 more volunteers needed.

Details

Volunteer will be placed in a designated area along the route to ensure participants remain on designated course. At the conclusion of the race, the volunteer will remove any cones/mile markers put in place for the race, as well as pick up any nearby trash from the race.
