Check with Race Director a week before the race to get an estimate on number of participants and volunteers to expect. Shop at CostCo and US Foods/Chef’s Store (formerly Cash & Carry) in Beaverton. Send your receipts
to the RD to get reimbursed. Let RD know what equipment (including griddles) that you need from ORRC storage. Unload supplies on Friday. Pancake Crew should arrive at 7am on Saturday to start making pancakes. The course closes at noon, so save enough pancakes for the
last runners and volunteers, then start cleaning up. There will be a Sodexo worker on site to ensure proper use of equipment and clean-up. Use as many durables (plates, cups, etc.) to reduce waste.
