1.  LOYALTY REGISTRATION DISCOUNT -  

The race director  has set up a registration reservation for all participants who have attended at least two of our previsous event years.  The Loyal Participant entry fee for the 5k will be only $25.00 or $30 for the 10k Challenge Run - a savings of $5.00.  Software limitations will not let us extend this discount past midnight of June 30th when all event fees will be increased. 

Participants who qualify will receive an email from the Race Director prior to Registration Opening providing a Link to use for registering during the designated window.  This Loyalty Discount will allow access to all the FAVORITE race features in addtion to others NEW for 2024! 

2.  REFER YOUR FRIENDS TO EARN CASH BACK -    

1.  Sign up for either the 5k or 10k.
2.  Once your registration is complete, you will receive a unique referral link to share with your friends, family or post on social media.
3.  Get 3 friends to sign up using your unique referral link by Sept. 11th and you will automatically receive a refund of $15.00. Boom!
4.  Get 5 friends to sign up using your referral link by Sept. 11th and you will not only receive the $15 Cash Back but also an exclusive PATRIOT DAY Tote Bag!

3.  REGISTRATION GIFT TRANSFER - 

If your plan changes, No Worries!  The event director has activated a race feature that allows a  registrant to "Gift" their registration to another user up until 9/9/24.  The receiver has until 9/11/24 to activate the link to complete the transfer.   The original registrant does not receive a refund, and the rececipient is able to register for free.  Neither the Race or Runsignup will charge for this service. 

SEPTEMBER 9 IS THE DEADLINE TO INITIATE A TRANSFER to allow an email to be sent to the receiver.

SEPTEMBER 11 IS THE DEADLINE FOR THE RECEIVER TO COMPLETE THE TRANSFER.

The race has enabled Bib Transfers so please note that the recipient can only register for the event  that was transferred to them .  The recipient will receive an email notification with a unique link which they can use to claim the transfer.  If the recipient of this registration does not register for this race, you may still use this registration on race day.

The Transfer to Anothr Runner option can be found by navigating to Profile > Upcoming Events > Manage Registration > Transfer to Another Runner.

4.  REGISTRATION INSURANCE -  a small fee to add piece of mind!

If you are unable to attend you race due to one of 18 covered circumstances, you get 100% of your  purchase back (registration and extra fees – not sales tax or add-on purchases due to variability in sales tax laws and provisioning of add-ons).

RegShield's  minimum insurance premium is typtically $2.99 for registrations up to $24.99 and a minimum of $3.99 for registrations from $25.00 to $49.23.
