Mammogram Saves Lives. It was 15 years ago when I was diagnosed with breast cancer after having my annual screening mammogram. Here I am today, healthy and a 'Soaring Survivor. Unfortunately, there are many women who will not be able to get annual breast screenings because they are uninsured and unable to afford them.
