Only July 2nd, I am running across New England to support wounded service members, veterans, and military families through Semper Fi & America’s Fund.
My father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and many other friends and family members have served our country. This run is a way for me to give back.
On the 250th anniversary of the United States, seven teammates and I will run 320+ miles along the historic Henry Knox Trail, from Fort Ticonderoga, NY to Cambridge Common near Harvard Square in Boston, MA.
In the winter of 1775, Henry Knox led a 300-mile expedition to transport 59 cannons from Fort Ticonderoga to Cambridge, crossing snow, frozen rivers, and mountainous terrain. The successful delivery of that artillery helped force the British evacuation of Boston and marked the Continental Army’s first major victory.
Our relay follows that historic route 250 years later.

About Semper Fi & America’s Fund
Semper Fi & America’s Fund provides lifetime support to critically wounded, ill, and injured service members, veterans, and military families across all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces.
The Fund’s work focuses on three mission pillars:
Service Member & Family Support — immediate financial assistance and vital resources from the first moment of crisis.
Transition — mentorship, unit reunions, apprenticeships, and tools to help service members and families thrive beyond injury or illness.
Integrative Wellness — holistic programs and innovative therapies that support recovery of the body, mind, and spirit.
Every grant is delivered through a one-on-one relationship with a case manager who walks beside each family for as long as needed: today, tomorrow, together.
Since its founding, The Fund has provided more than $500 million in assistance to over 33,000 military families, changing lives and ensuring our heroes are never alone and never forgotten.
Thank you for supporting my efforts and this extraordinary mission!
