Women’s ONLY Training Group + Individualized Training
Women’s Only Training Group: 12 weeks with Individualized Coaching

Wednesdays @ 6am or 6pm for Running Workout
Saturday @ 10am for Long Run

Training Locations vary. Weekday workout rotates between Park Strip, Westchester Lagoon, & Central Middle School track. Saturdays long runs start from different trails & paths.
