BFF (Best Foot Forward Running Club) is a 501c3 non-profit running club affiliated with the RRCA (Road Runners Club of America). Training runs take place in Southern New Jersey in towns/cities such as Linwood, Egg Harbor Township, Atlantic City, Margate and Ocean City, New Jersey. BFF was established in 2012 by Co-Founders Kelly Day and Stephanie Riis.  Coaches Stephanie Riis and Alanna Orbach are Certified Running Coaches through the RRCA,as well as First Aid/CPR Certified.

BFF covers the range from runners just starting out slowly to runners that are more experienced and faster. We have a pace and distance for everyone and consider ourselves a "friendly" club where all runners will feel welcome and included. We encourage anyone interested in joining our club to try us out for free on one of our weekly group runs and see what we are all about!

The mantra of BFF is "Run for a Reason". It is our desire to give back to our community and help out as a group when needed. We hold an annual Holiday Ugly Sweater Run to raise money for charities such as St. Judes Hospital and the Atlantic City Rescue Mission.
