    • Various mileage depending on training plans. 6 miles up to 20 miles based on attending decisions
  • Tuesday Track Workouts (Summer Only)
    • Prescribed workouts catered to various paces. Aiming to get members in shape for their next race.
  • Thursday Group Run/Walk
    • Relaxed 30-40 minute run/walk, meeting after to socialize (check Facebook for up to date meetup locations)
  • Club Events
    • Christmas party, destination races/runs, local meetups, club challenges, and more!
