- Sunday Long Runs
- Various mileage depending on training plans. 6 miles up to 20 miles based on attending decisions
- Tuesday Track Workouts (Summer Only)
- Prescribed workouts catered to various paces. Aiming to get members in shape for their next race.
- Thursday Group Run/Walk
- Relaxed 30-40 minute run/walk, meeting after to socialize (check Facebook for up to date meetup locations)
- Club Events
- Christmas party, destination races/runs, local meetups, club challenges, and more!
