The Run Kids Run program equips kids with the physical training and goal-setting mentality needed to accomplish their running goals. The emphasis of this program is on developing a healthy lifestyle and participation as opposed to being a competitive running program. The focus is on improving personal times and distances and having FUN! The kids will be broken up into age/ability groups. It is held 2-3 days a week for 12 weeks, during which runners will train to participate in a 5k race in the fall.
