SSRC 2018 FALL/WINTER Run Club starts on Saturday, September 8th at Fletcher Cove in Solana Beach.   (First Run Starts at 7:00am) Train for your next run with San Diego's most successful running club - Seaside Striders Running Club.  SSRC is a run club of all ages and abilities where success is achieved through meshing individual coaching with group workouts. Whether its your first race ever, or you're a Boston Qualifier, Seaside Striders will help you become the runner you would love to become!

2018 FALL/WINTER Run Club

"2018 Fall/Winter Run Club" goes from September 2018 through the Carlsbad Half/Full Marathon, featuring great workouts for all abilities of runners at each of our two weekly workouts.  Perfect for anyone running  any Fall Half or Full Marathon, Winter Event, and Carlsbad Half/Full Marathon in January.

Saturday is our weekly endurance run where we build stamina and distance - it's often followed by coffee and breakfast. :) Wednesday is our midweek workout where we work on form, get some cross training in, add a little speed to the mix, and work on learning our pace. All of our coaching is done on an individual basis - no group schedules here!  Runners also receive the Seaside Striders Weekly Newsletter packed with group updates, exciting news, running tips, and inspirational stories. Fall/Winter also includes several seminars and socials that help improve your running knowledge and team bonding.  Additionally, every runner will receive a team "T" during the season.


20 Week Training Group for over 20 Fall & Winter Running Events
*Including Boston Qualifiers, Carlsbad 1/2 & Full Marathon, Holiday 1/2, Revel Big Bear 1/2 & Full Marathon, NYC Marathon, St. George Marathon, Mission Inn 1/2, Long Beach 1/2 & Full Marathon, California International Marathon, Tucson Marathon, Surf City Half & Full, and Any Other Fall or Winter 1/2 or Full.

All Abilities Welcome - SSRC is made up of Beginners up to Boston Qualifiers!!!
