Membership Levels
This is an 18 week training block to prepare you for the California International Marathon. If this is your first marathon, your 15th marathon, your Boston Qualifier, this is the training that will help you achieve your goal. Coach Traci will work with you through Training Peaks, assigning specific workouts to fit your needs and ultimate goal. This training block will begin on August 2, 2026.
Get ready for the fall race season by signing up for some speed training. This 8 week training plan will get you ready for whatever challenges you are taking on. This will also help you get prepared for upcoming CIM training. Training begins June 1st.
This triathlon training is designed to prepare you for your first Super Sprint distance triathlon.

Plan includes a training schedule for 8 weeks leading up to the TBF Racing Super Sprint Triathlon on June 6th. Daily schedule and regular feedback will be provided through Training Peaks. There will be weekly in-person meetup for group training (day and time will vary based on the workout), including a practice triathlon on the racecourse prior to race day.
For those who want to continue their training to prepare for a Sprint and/or Olympic distance triathlon, there will be an extended training available for an additional 4-8 weeks.

River City Rebels Training program is an enhanced training group organized and coached by Coach Traci.
