Since its founding in 1976, the Charlottesville Track Club has supported the running community in Charlottesville. CTC is an all-volunteer non-profit organization. Focusing on philanthropy through not-for-profit races, CTC has raised millions of dollars for charities. The net proceeds of CTC-sponsored races and events (after covering expenses) are donated to local charities. Your donation will enable CTC to promote running as a sport and healthy lifestyle within our community and to give back to our community.

If you are donating to the Charlottesville High School Curtis Elder Track Lighting Fundraising campaign matching fund, please be sure to note the donation as on behalf of "CHS Lighting Fundraising Campaign" so we can track funds to be matched and send funds to the Black Knights Athletic Club. You can find more information about the fundraising campaign and donate directly to the campaign at https://www.bkac.org/track-lighting. Please note that donations must be made through this page, not the BKAC link, to be eligible for the CTC dollar-for-dollar match.
