The Manasota Track Club (MTC) is a non-profit organization that was founded in May of 1975 to serve the running community of Sarasota and Manatee counties, Florida.  The club consists of approximately 700 family memberships, and over 1200 individual members.  We are a sub-chapter in good standing of the Road Runners Club of America.  

MTC is organized to champion healthy, active lifestyles through the promotion of running and walking as a means of achieving lifelong fitness.  The club sponsors numerous social, charitable and running events throughout the year.

Each year the club, through its volunteer base and race management services, helps other local non-profits raise awareness and revenue for their worthy causes.  The positive economic impact of the many MTC events can be seen throughout this webpage.
