12-week program that will prepare you the Peachtree Road Race, other July 10K, and build the foundation for our Fall Half Marathon Training Group. Run clinics, weekly supported long runs, daily workout assigments, pacing guidance, and more.
🍁Fall Half Marathon Training Group - Begins Mid-August 2026!
12-week program that will prepare you for a November half marathon, or build the endurance you need for HYROX. Many of our runners participate in the Alpharetta Women's Half Marathon on in early. Run clinics, weekly supported long runs, daily workout assignments, pacing guidance, and more. Half Marathon runners should be able to run or run/walk 4-5 miles at the beginning of the program.
🏃♀️🏃Join us for a Community Run/Walk Club Powered by lululemon. We meet at 6pm the first Monday of the month at lululemon Avalon in Alpharetta, GA for an fun and inclusive running and walking experience. After each run, we connect with a complimentary cocktail or mocktail at the South City Kitchen patio. 🍻🥤 Sign up HERE. Next 2025 meetups: 11/3 and 12/1. 2026 meetups 1/5, 2/2, 3/2, 4/6, 5/4. We will move to 2 meetups a month in the summer!

We believe successful running involves good information, consistent effort, accountability and a whole lot of fun! We will prepare you with a training plan tailored to your goals and provide support every step of the way. Privately coached athletes receive daily run assignments, prehab, strength and recovery work delivered through Final Surge. You will have access to a caring and experienced RRCA / Galloway / V.02 certified coach and be welcomed into a group of supportive runners of all abilities and experience levels.
Train with us and you will realize that you are stronger mentally and physically than you ever thought you could be! All private coaching clients are welcome to attend all training group workouts and activities.
