Private Run Coaching
Looking to learn to run or reach the next level? Need a little accountability? Not sure where to start? Private run coaching can help!  Includes: Initial fitness evaluation and goal setting. Customized training schedule with detailed workout description and instruction. Built for you around your schedule. Consistent training log review. Modification and fine-tuning of schedule as needed. Access to coach via email, video call, text, phone.  Running-specific strength training, drills and stretching to help you develop more efficient running form and prevent injury. Race preparation advice. Training and race day nutrition & recovery guidance. We can help you reach your race goals, whether it’s running your first 5k, you want to set a PR or just want to be a healthier version of YOU! Privately coached athletes are included in all group activities.

Fall Half Marathon Training Group
Are you ready to conquer your half marathon goals or build run endurance for a HYROX event? Receive expert guidance and benefit from a supportive, inclusive community. This group will train for a Fall 2026 half marathon. First group run will be mid August 2026. Get ready for your best Peachtree Road Race or any July 10K! This 12-week program builds fitness, confidence, and community while setting a strong foundation for our Fall Half Marathon Training.

What’s included:

Weekly supported long runs
Run clinics and pacing guidance
Daily workouts and training assignments
Access to a supportive running community

🍁 Fall Half Marathon Training Group — Begins Mid-August 2026
A 12-week program designed to prepare you for a November half marathon — or to build the endurance you’ll need for HYROX. Many of our runners train for the Alpharetta Women’s Half Marathon or other November races.

You’ll enjoy:

Run clinics, weekly long runs, and personalized pacing support
Daily training plans and recovery guidance
Group camaraderie that keeps you motivated
Recommended starting point: Participants should be able to run or run/walk 4–5 miles at the start of the program.

🏃‍♀️🏃 Community Run/Walk Club — Powered by lululemon
Join us for a fun, inclusive run/walk the first Monday of every month at 6:00 PM, starting from lululemon Avalon (Alpharetta, GA). Each event wraps up with a complimentary cocktail or mocktail on the South City Kitchen patio.

Upcoming dates: 2/2, 3/2, 4/6, 5/4
Starting June 3 (Global Running Day), we’ll meet twice a month through the summer!
