Prairie State Road Runners (PSRR) is a 501(c)(3) organization that promotes participation and competition at the amateur level in a variety of running events. The club was founded in 1975 in Joliet in Will County, Illinois and is one of the oldest in Illinois. The majority of our members are from Will, Grundy, and Kendall counties.
The club is governed by its written Bylaws and by a Board of Directors made up of its members. Members to the Board of Directors are elected annually at the annual business meeting. The club charges an annual fee for membership for individuals, groups, and students.
Each year, Prairie State Road Runners (PSRR) provides a list of Circuit Races to our members. Participation in these races gives you club points and the points are calculated at the end of year for prizes and PSRR swag.
