Endeavor Running Co. – Membership Waiver and Release of Liability
Acknowledgment of Membership and Participation
By signing this waiver, I acknowledge that I am applying for membership in Endeavor Running Co. and voluntarily participating in club-organized activities, including but not limited to group runs, races, training sessions, and social events. I understand that these activities involve inherent risks, including the potential for serious injury or death.

Medical Certification
I certify that I am medically able and properly trained to participate in all club activities. I affirm that I am in good health and will not participate in any club event unless I am physically capable of doing so. I agree to notify the club of any changes to my health that may affect my participation.

Assumption of Risk
I understand and accept all risks associated with participation in club activities, including but not limited to:

Falls or collisions
Contact with other participants
Effects of weather (e.g., heat, humidity, cold)
Traffic and road conditions
Uneven terrain or environmental hazards
I acknowledge that these risks are known and appreciated by me.

Rules and Conduct
I agree to abide by all rules and guidelines established by Endeavor Running Co. and its officials. I understand that club officials have the authority to deny or suspend my participation at any time for any reason deemed necessary for safety or compliance.

I understand that the use of bicycles, skateboards, roller skates/blades, animals, and personal music players is prohibited during club-organized activities unless otherwise stated, and I agree to comply with this rule.

Waiver and Release of Liability
In consideration of my membership and participation, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, hereby waive, release, and discharge Endeavor Running Co., RunSignUp, the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA), all club sponsors, event organizers, volunteers, and their representatives and successors from any and all claims or liabilities of any kind arising from my participation, including those arising from negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

This waiver does not release claims arising from gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Media Release
I grant permission to Endeavor Running Co. to use photographs, video, or audio recordings of me taken during club activities for promotional and marketing purposes, without compensation.

Severability
If any provision of this waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State].

Parent/Guardian Consent (if under 18)
If the participant is under 18 years of age, this waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.
