Hello, and welcome to TJ’s Running!

Coach Tony Brown and Coach Jake Dunne are thrilled to have you join our running
family! Combined, the two coaches’ have over seventy years of running experience ranging
from competing in 5Ks, to completing 100 mile ultra runs, to successfully coaching men
and women of all ages and abilities.

A one year membership to TJ’s Running is only $25.00 and includes, but is not limited
to:
Access to our private Facebook page
At minimum, three group run gatherings per week
Weekly running sites, including pub run, and breakfast run locations
Basic training and mileage guidelines for your desired race
Custom and unique running routes
Advice from both coaches and mentors
Invitation to gatherings featuring guest speakers and demos
Invitation to end of running session parties

Your membership will begin on Monday, July 1, 2024, and end on Monday June 30,
2025

Custom, personal coaching to meet your specific, individual needs is available for an
