Run For Joy: 5k /1mile Fun Run. On October 16, 2020, we lost our longtime President/ founder, Lawrence Joy. Lawrence was a great friend, fellow runner and vocal supporter within the Las Cruces running community. In honor of Lawrence's life and contributions we've created this race. In March of 2021 we held the inaugural event as a virtual race, we expect to host a live event in 2022. Proceeds from race registration will be donated to the American Heart Association.  

Electric 5k and Fun Run: 5k/ 1mile Fun Run. The only race in the Southwest held with a light parade following it. This race is held annual on July 3rd in conjunction with the city of Las Cruces and El Paso Electric's Electric Light Parade.
