Membership Levels
Description
KC Endurance Spring Training is for ALL abilities of runners looking to improve on their running fitness. We work on building mileage slowly, while incorporating some progressive intensity to the training plan. The goal is to have runners ready for their Spring.
All new runners will fill out a short questionnaire on their training background and schedule a phone call with the coach to find the route of training that best suits them.
