Spring Team Training
KC Endurance Spring Training 12 Weeks of Training for the runner looking to build on some fitness going into Spring training.  Training Schedule through Training Peaks to keep you on track A group to meet with every Saturday morning at 7:00 AM in various locations around the Kansas City area (A calendar of locations will be supplied after sign-up).  Wednesday night workouts at Shawnee Mission East HS track will start at 6:00 PM. All abilities from beginner to advanced are encouraged to join! Each new runner will fill out a short questionnaire on goals, training history, injury history and discuss with the coach how their training plan will be implemented. SPRING TEAM TRAINING + NUTRITION
KC Endurance Spring Training + NUTRITION with Cameron Mottet MS, RD, CSOWM, LD 12 Weeks of Training for the runner looking to build on some fitness going into Spring training.  Training Schedule through Training Peaks to keep you on track Includes an 8 Week Online Nutrition Series with Cameron Mottet, MS, RD, CSOWM, LD             Featuring: General Nutrition for Runners Fueling before and after runs Fueling during the run Supplements and labs Adjusting Nutrition with Training Hydration, Electrolytes, and Sweat Loss Carbohydrate Loading Q&A **Sessions will be on Monday nights, starting February 9th at 6:00PM CST and will last between 30 and 60 minutes.** A group to meet with every Saturday morning at 7:00 AM in various locations around the Kansas City area (A calendar of locations will be supplied after sign-up).  Wednesday night workouts at Shawnee Mission East HS track will start at 6:00 PM. Description

KC Endurance Spring Training is for ALL abilities of runners looking to improve on their running fitness. We work on building mileage slowly, while incorporating some progressive intensity to the training plan. The goal is to have runners ready for their Spring. 

All new runners will fill out a short questionnaire on their training background and schedule a phone call with the coach to find the route of training that best suits them.
