Run Now Rest Later is a FREE inclusive and friendly RUN • WALK • RUCK club that meets every Tuesday at 6:00 PM in Carolina Beach, NC.

Stay around after the run to socialize. Enjoy a beverage after your run • walk • ruck with the group and make new friends!

 

Beginners, walkers, joggers, and marathoners…Any and all ages and Levels are welcome. 

So come and enjoy the best TUESDAY evening plans on the Island.

Schedule:
• We meet every Tuesday at 6:00pm in Carolina Beach NC, 28428

Tuesday Night Schedule:

  1. CheckIn with the run/walk/ruck group leader (Maleia) @6pm

  2.  Meet in the parking lot @6 PM

  3. Socialize and have a beverage when you are done.



Where to park and locations 

GOOD HOPS BREWING
parking is free and available on site
 
NEAPOLITAN WINE BAR 
park at Publix and walk over to Neapolitan 

 

THE FAT PELICAN 
free parking at the Lake or on Harper Ave

 

 
Registration and Participation
• Run/walk/ruck club is free but we do ask that you register on-line and sign the waiver.  Please check-in before each run at the venue with the group leader.

Club Expectations:
• Run/walk on the sidewalk when possible; when not running/walking on the sidewalk, please run/walk on the side of the road, facing on-coming traffic at all times (the left side for most of the route).
• Wear reflective clothing, accessories, or lights for your safety and the safety of others. Wear head lamps or carry flashlights.  Carry phone at all times. 
• Cross streets at intersections or official crosswalks, always yielding to oncoming traffic.
• Run/walk with a partner when available
• Be kind, curious, and helpful. Not everyone has run/walk before or participated in a group run/walk. Please be patient with those that may be new to the group.
• If bringing children (under 18) they must be accompanied by an adult at all times
• Bring water and carry all personal items with you at all times.

Other Notes:
• Walkers and runners of all levels are welcome
