Boys Run Club is a running club open to boys in 2nd to 5th grade in Chapel Hill, Durham, and surrounding areas. Boys meet weekly and learn about running, fitness, and nutrition while also learning how to be good friends and community members.

We will begin Tuesday October 21st and meet weekly on Tuesdays until December 16th (except Thanksgiving week)
Our practices this fall will be from 3:30-4:30 at Sandy Creek Park in Durham. We will park and meet in the Church of the Good Shepard parking lot (3741 Garrett Road, Durham). Our goal is to teach the kids that running is fun, to build endurance and fitness, and to build confidence by training for and running a race. We also incorporate lessons on how to be a good friend and member of the community.
