Welcome to the Without Limits Trailblazers Youth Running Team! Our practices are divided into two focus groups: Sprint & Agility and Distance. Below, you'll find options tailored to your child’s needs, based on parent feedback and busy schedules.

Sprint & Agility athletes can choose between a monthly or weekly plan. For convenience, you can opt for automatic billing each month, so you won’t need to worry about renewing. Distance athletes can sign up for either the season or monthly, with the same option for automatic billing if you choose the monthly plan. For seasonal memberships, they will automatically expire at the end of the season.

If your child can only attend practice once a week, that’s no problem! You can choose that option now and decide later whether to focus on Distance or Sprints.

Winter Package (January 7th – February 27th) If you’d prefer to cover the entire winter session in one payment—whether your athlete is focusing on distance running or sprints—this membership option provides full access to our complete 8-week winter training program. from $200

Sprints Monthly Membership If your child focuses on sprints, please choose the Sprinter Monthly Membership from $20

Distance Runner Monthly Membership If your child is a distance runner, the Distance Runner Monthly Membership is the best fit if you want to pay monthly.  This includes unlimited weekly practices from $100

Distance or Sprints 1x/Week Membership This option is perfect for families seeking a more flexible schedule while still providing their athlete with expert coaching. For $60 per month, your child can attend one training session per week, choosing either the distance-focused or sprint-focused workouts. This membership ensures consistent guidance, skill development, and support, all at a pace that suits your family’s needs. from $60

Our Distance Program's mission is to develop youth into well-rounded runners, nurturing their mind, body, and spirit. With each race, practice, strength routine, and workout, we embrace the opportunity to grow and learn. Year Round Sprint Program Schedule

Our Sprints and Agility Program is designed for athletes aiming to enhance their speed, agility, running mechanics, and power for sports like track, baseball, football, soccer, and more. Under the guidance of certified youth athletics coaches, Coach Brad and Coach Ryan, your athletes will reach the next level of performance!

Tuesday: 5:45-7:00pm UNCW Track
Thursday: 5:45pm-7:00pm - UNCW Track

Where We Meet

Tuesday and Thursday:  UNCW track. 

 - Athletes should arrive no later than 5:45pm and check in with your coach.
 - Distance athletes can begin jogging around the perimeter of the track.  Coach Pierce also takes kids on a 1 mile loop around campus starting at 5:45pm
 - Drills and warm ups begin at 5:45pm
 - Sprinters will meet in the far corner by the blue barn with Coach Ryan or Coach Brad.  Again please check in with your coach

 Wednesday: New Hanover High School

 - Must be age 10 or older
 - Geared for distance runners and runners who want to get stronger
 - You will meet Coach Pierce.  Be prepared for 3+ miles with strength work
 - Arrive at 3:50-4:10, practice will last until 5:30.  Parents please be ready by 5:20pm
 - Be sure you bring your own fluids
