Looking for a way to add in some extra strength and mobility to your running schedule? Want to make your strength training a bit more running specific? Sign up here!
Let's do it again! In March and April, On Track Physical Therapy and Performance will host a five-class spring series on Monday evenings. Each one-hour session includes a guided mobility warm-up, a structured strength routine, and focused cool-down work. Build your base, improve stability, and start the year strong!
Time of Class: 5:45 pm, on Monday evenings
Dates of Classes: March 23rd, 30th, April 13th, 20th, 27th
Location: 1042 University Ave Rochester, NY 14607
There will be 2 options to sign up:
-> FULL SERIES SIGN UP: This will sign you up for all 5 strength classes- $90
Will be capped at 15 people to leave room for drop ins!!!
-> SINGLE CLASS DROP IN: due to size of class, you will email carlyg.dpt@gmail.com the week before the class you would like to attend, and she can confirm availability! It will be $20 and paid at the time of attended class.
