WHO WE ARE:

Founded in 2009 by a group of passionate individuals, Team FrontRunner has grown into a supportive running community in Columbus. With an average of 45-50 members per session, the team has helped numerous individuals achieve their running goals while fostering a strong sense of camaraderie. The team takes pride in celebrating the accomplishments of its members, organizing social events to recognize successful training sessions and further strengthen the community bond. Since 2021, Team FrontRunner Columbus has been affiliated with the Road Runners Club of America.

Team FrontRunner is a supportive and inclusive community for runners and walkers of all abilities, dedicated to helping individuals achieve their goals in half and full marathons through a fun and non-intimidating training environment.

We are a mid-size running group, welcoming to runners and walkers of all abilities; we meet on Sundays for our group long runs. The training plans are targeted to align with nearby full and half marathons. Whether you are new to running/walking, or an experienced competitor, we have a group for you.  Our pacers are experienced athletes who, collectively, have completed hundreds of marathons.
