Kicking Off Mid-April 2026 Prepare for your best Peachtree Road Race or any July 10K with our 12-week program! Boost your fitness, confidence, and community spirit while laying the groundwork for our Fall Half Marathon Training.
 
🍁 Fall Half Marathon Training Group:
Begins Mid-August 2026 Join our 12-week program to prepare for a November half marathon or build endurance for HYROX. Many participants train for the Alpharetta Women’s Half Marathon or other November events.
•Recommended Starting Point: Participants should be able to run or run/walk 4–5 miles at program start.

Join us for a fun, inclusive run/walk on the first Monday of every month at 6:00 PM from lululemon Avalon (Alpharetta, GA). Enjoy a complimentary cocktail or mocktail afterward!
Upcoming Dates: 3/2, 4/6, 5/4 Starting June 3 (Global Running Day), we’ll meet twice a month! Sign up HERE to join us for our next run.
